Coming later this year, the state-of-the-art Skylark Café is a restaurant of over 90 seats at the heart of the Park, serving as a vibrant hub for both tenants and visitors. Whether you're hosting meetings, enjoying lunch with colleagues, or simply seeking a contemporary space to work, this innovative facility will further enhance the working environment and community atmosphere at Westcott.

When we have all this wonderful nature on your doorstep, we’d be crazy not to explore it! Our new park walks will allow tenants and dog-walkers to unwind in our natural surroundings across well-maintained routes.

We provide sustainable travel options so you can charge your car at the twin charging station by the gatehouse. The 50kW rapid charger is so fast it can get drivers back on the road in 30 minutes and it’s extremely simple to use.
